We don't currently have any vacancies in our office team, however we are recruiting for playworkers to join our play team. If you're interested, we would love to hear from you.
Playwork is a highly rewarding and respected profession which involves providing and maintaining play-friendly spaces and opportunities for children and young people. Play is key to the healthy development of children and young people - it allows them to socialise, learn, and explore in safe and stimulating spaces.
Sadly, in today's society, there are fewer and fewer opportunities for children and young people to play independently of adults. Hence, in order to ensure children can develop healthily and reach their full potential, we need to create opportunities and spaces where they can play freely and encounter a wide range of opportunities. You can help us achieve this today and in the future by registering your interest in joining our play team
To learn more about being a play worker for PAHF, email email@example.com and register your interest.
VOLUNTEER YOUR TIME
Could you volunteer and use your time, effort, skills and experience to benefit our work?
Volunteering your time in playwork or within an office is an excellent way of learning new skills and developing experience. We are especially keen to hear from young people that might be interested in playwork.
Regardless of how much or how little time you can commit, we want to hear from you.
FUNDRAISE FOR PAHF
As a charity, we rely on kind donations to keep our valuable services and projects running. Our supporters have raised funds in a variety of ways, such as holding bake sales, running events, and taking part in challenges on our behalf.
If you're an individual, a group, or a company, and you would like to raise money to support our work with West London's children and young people, please get in touch. We would love to hear from you!
JOIN OUR BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Could you or someone you know join our board? We're looking for new trustees to join us and volunteer their time for the benefit of our charity.
We are working hard to improve the diversity of our board, and we are therefore particularly interested in applications from younger people, disabled people, and members of BAME communities who are currently under-represented. We are also especially interested in hearing from any persons with experience in HR or finance.
Support us today. Make a donation!
Any contribution to our charity, whether small or large, will make a huge difference to the lives of the children and young people we work with.
Thanks to kind donations from people like you, we are able to provide brilliant play opportunities in West London, and with your help, we could do even more!
- £10 could help cover the costs involved in our 'walking bus' service, ensuring children can be safely transferred from their schools to our centre
- £25 could contribute towards the monthly costs of ingredients and equipment for cooking activities
- £50 could ensure several children can access offsite trips and other similar opportunities that they might not normally be able to afford
For more information about how you can ensure your donation counts, email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help make this possible!
