About Us - Management Committee
Our Management Committee is made up of local people or those that have an interest in play in the borough. All our Committee members have experience of play, play work or the voluntary sector. We are committed to supporting and developing the skills of our committee members through training and support.
Our Management Committee and Staff Team agree the overall aims and objectives of the organisation and then we seek funding to enable us to carry out our core work and project specific work.

One of the original local people who was involved in setting up the Play Association in 2003, I believe that children and young people have the right to FREE play. I have been involved with a voluntary community-based charity in the south of the borough for the past 19 years, which provides three different services to the community.
