Play Association H&F Sessional  Playworker for Antony Lillis Project for Vulnerable Children (Under Eights)

Salary: £11.28 per hr
This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work at a brand new service for young children with complex needs. 

Play Association Hammersmith & Fulham has been successful in securing funding from Children in Need to run a playscheme for children aged three to seven with complex needs that will run on Saturdays and full-time in school holidays. We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and inspired Playworkers to work at this brand new playscheme.
 

The position will require diverse skills and a real passion for play! The ideal candidates can balance excellent playwork with their experience of children with additional needs. These posts require proven experience in a relevant field, as well as appropriate references and an enhanced CRB. We are particularly intrerested in hearing from those with qualifications in Play, or a closely related field. Play Association Hammersmith & Fulham is an equal opportunities employer.

Randolph Beresford Early Excellence Centre, Australia Road, White City

PLAY PROJECT TEAM LEADER / FUNDRAISER

PO2 (£32,532 - £35,055 pa, 36 hrs per week All Year Around) – initially a one year contract with a view to extending this 

As the team leader Out of School you will be responsible for managing the Centre’s after school and holiday provision that caters for children from between 3 and 12 years old across two sites. You will ensure the highest quality provision, manage bookings and fees and plan for the imaginative use of the building. The post has a responsibility for fundraising and bid writing in order to finance imaginative and innovative ways forward for the service.

You will be committed to every child’s access to play, a skilled, effective manager (qualified to a minimum of level 3 in a relevant area such as play or learning and care), experienced and imaginative in writing bids and actively seeking out additional funding. You must be able to work with other providers and be a strong advocate for children and their families.

We will offer you an exciting opportunity to develop and support a service through a period of change and a chance to make a significant difference to families in an inner city environment. You will be part of an accomplished team of professionals who put children’s rights first. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow the service, making it fully sustainable.
